Healthy Eating

Eating breakfast is healthy. You can eat some cereal, toast, and fruit. To stay healthy you can also workout, after large meals try doing 20 to 25 sit-ups. To be healthy you need a proper diet and exercise. You need to eat all of your food pyramid! You have to keep doing your exercises to stay fit. some other exercises would be push ups, planks, and jumping-jacks!
